Dear Lee,

It’s
been over a year since we moved into the home you built for Linda and me, and
we’re very pleased. The house is very
well built and is rock-solid. There has
been no settling that we’re aware of, and absolutely no water leaks. The radiant heating is a joy; the house is
always comfortable on the coldest days.

The trades people you had working here
during construction were easy to work with; this is the third house we’ve
built, and was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant. Working with you (and Mac) was easy and
straight-forward; Linda and I knew from the outset that Arundel Homes could be
trusted. This was very important, as we
had had bad experiences with builders during previous projects,
and this time we were building from 3,000 miles away!

Do not hesitate to use us as a reference

Dear Lee,

It is a pleasure
for Elaine and I to write this letter to formally say thank you and express our
appreciation to you and your company for our new home in York.

Although we have
owned several homes, we have never had one built before or even taken on a major renovation. So we began this process with much
apprehension.

From the
beginning Arundel Homes made us feel comfortable that we would be treated
fairly; that our special requests would be promptly and thoroughly researched;
and the finished product would be first class. You met or exceeded all of our expectations.

During
construction we visited the site on numerous occasions. Operations were always well run and
business-like with due respect for our property. Your employees and subcontractors bring
quality to the job but we particularly want to single out and express our
appreciation to Tony for his hard work and attention to detail (even going so
far as to water our plantings). Thank

anticipate moving or building again, the best we can do is offer you our
